What can Craig do for you?

Craig has over 40 years of professional experience, with a wealth of experience in infrastructure planning, design and construction throughout Hawaii and the Pacific Region. His prior positions with the City and County of Honolulu include Director of the Department of Design and Construction and the Director and Chief Engineer of the Department of Facility Maintenance as well as Chief of the Collection Systems Division with the Department of Environmental Services. Craig’s unique technical and regulatory expertise broadens our ability to provide balanced, integrated, and practical solutions to our clients’ complex and challenging needs. His relevant project experience includes new developments and infrastructure improvement projects for municipal, private, state and military facilities involving wastewater, water, stormwater, and roadway systems.
